The Texas Hill Country has experienced "exceptional drought" conditions for the last two years with more observed in 1999, 2000 and 2006 and we are line to surpass the total number of days of triple digit temperatures.

I grew up on the St. John's River in Brevard County Florida. This river always had a steady cycle of rising and faling water levels depending on the season. I began to see very eratic water levels since about 1999 to the present.
