Cancellation Policy

For cancellation of a place on One Planet Leaders up to 3 months before the kick-off workshop, no charge will be made.

For cancellation between 3 months and 28 working days before the kick-off workshop either
  • a 50% charge will be made
OR
  • participants will have the opportunity to receive a full credit for another programme to be taken within two years (subject to availability of places). The credit is transferable to any other company staff member.

For cancellation less than 28 working days before the kick-off workshop either
  • full fees will be charged
OR
  • participants will have the opportunity to receive a full credit for another programme to be taken within two years (subject to availability of places). The credit is transferable to any other company staff member. NOTE in this case, participants will also incur the cancellation fees of the hotel for the kick-off workshop itself.
