WWF’s work on climate change focuses on the biggest climate polluter: the coal-burning power sector. We aim to make governments cut CO₂ pollution produced by coal power stations and thereby force a switch to cleaner, more efficient power.

WWF has produced PowerSwitch! scenarios (please see right hand column for downloads) for countries and regions around the world to demonstrate how a switch from coal to clean is possible.
