Nurturing the growth of multistakeholder roundtables globally

The problems related to soy and palm oil cultivation are too large for any one stakeholder to handle alone.

So WWF has set up multi-stakeholder roundtables that bring together producers, traders, financiers and social and environmental organizations to put in practice responsible production and use of these crops - practices that do not threaten forests and endangered species.

The roundtables allow all relevant players to agree on consensus-based approaches to addressing the problems connected to plantations and their expansion.
