You like 'em raw. Bluefin tuna is considered the ultimate fishy delicacy, served as sushi or sashimi. But by following the trend for eating this amazing fish you're literally wiping out the big guys on the high seas.Atlantic bluefin tuna caught in the Mediterranean is frequently illegal and often it's European fleets that are responsible for this.
Action:
Stocks of bluefin tuna are so threatened, it's best to avoid this one altogether.Quote:
