Hollywood has long been known as a place where superstars live the wild life. Now WWF is introducing some of those stars to wildlife of a different kind.

WWF teamed up with MTV to bring a few of Tinseltown's brightest stars from the Hollywood Hills to the Eastern Himalayas, where our conservation work is saving endangered species and their habitats, and making a difference in the lives of local people.

In the first two episodes of MTV's reality show 'Trippin', WWF's Mingma Sherpa takes actress Cameron Diaz and her famous friends on a wild ride across Nepal and Bhutan.

During the first episode, Mingma takes Diaz and fellow actress Eva Mendes (costar of 'Hitch'), along with rock band Blink-182's Mark Hoppus and rapper Redman, to Nepal's Terai grasslands, where they ride elephant-back looking for endangered rhinos, plant trees with students for an eco-club project, and go on an anti-poaching patrol in the jungle.

In the second episode they move on to Bhutan's famed Phobjicka Valley where they see the rare and endangered black-necked cranes, help rebuild an ancient Buddhist monastery and even take part in an archery contest.

'Trippin' is designed to highlight - in MTV's typical offbeat, irreverent style - environmental challenges and success stories from around the world. WWF has been working in Nepal's Terai grasslands for decades to save the rhinos and tigers and provide a better future for the millions of people who live there. WWF also works closely with the government of Bhutan to ensure that this tiny Himalayan kingdom's 72% forest cover remains intact to provide a home for its spectacular wildlife and resources for its citizens.
