connect2earth is a green online community where you and experts can exchange ideas, debate, and learn about today's pressing environmental issues .
By joining the connect2earth community, you can debate with others by posting text, images, audio, video and then follow the discussion live as it plays out on the web or on your mobile phone. You also take part in regular competitions: community members, together with a jury of green experts, will pick a winning contribution, giving the winner an opportunity to take even more action.
Two grand prize winners will be selected in the course of 2009, with one of them taking part in the UN climate change conference in Copenhagen, Denmark in December 2009, and another visiting a WWF conservation project in the field.
A theme winner will also be selected by the community every 2 months and will receive a mobile phone solar charger.
