- How did the world's top conservationists get to be where they are today?
- What advice do they have for people who want to work for them?
- Given the money, what project would they invest in NOW?
The group of gentlemen above, although without doubt lacking the input of a woman's wisdom, are, in effect, trying to save life on Earth.
Granted, it is a bit of a sweeping statement, but if you boil it down, sum it up or try to twist it around, it all comes to the same thing: their aim is to conserve life on this planet in all its majestic diversity.
This gathering, which brought together perhaps the planet's most influential non-governmental conservationists, was convened to discuss levels of cooperation on future funding needs.
During a brief interlude, these gentlemen agreed to answer a few questions about their past, their immediate intentions (if given the means) and their advice for anyone out there who wants to get into the life-saving business.
