The New Climate Deal - A Pocket Guide

Posted on 27 June 2009 | en es

El nuevo acuerdo climático - Una guía de bolsillo

The world is running up huge ecological debts, just as it has run up huge financial debts. Neither is sustainable. Our leaders cannot successfully put capitalism back together again without at the same time fixing the greatest single consequence of unsustainability – climate change.

2009 needs to be remembered as the year the world found an answer to climate change, the year it found the political will to meet the challenge and found hope and opportunity in doing so.

The pocket guide is really wonderful. May be another PDF version without graphics will be really useful.

Yes, an easy-to-print-out version would be good. "readers views" may work nicely on screen but they're actually too small to see and to print it out in booklet form is greatly complicated by this layout

Really interesting. Important issues like this need explaining clearly and sensibly, so it's content like this that will help get the message to a wider audience.

You are talking to the converted with me. Convincing politicians that difficlt and unpopular action is essential is another matter but keep up the good work.

Well done WWF! Inspired thinking once again demystifies climate change! The pocket guide will be an invaluable tool in the run up to Copenhagen for children and adults alike.

You guys did a great job. The pocket guide is not only beautifully designed but it's understandable and easy to read. Congratulations!

Your pocket guide looks interesting, but it's unwieldy to read on a laptop, and expensive to print out with all the colors. Have you thought of doing another version in black and white (always a good idea)?
