We're looking for a Manager, Organizational Development Strategy and Delivery to develop a strong and coherent strategy for organizational development in WWF.
Location:
Singapore.
What you'd do:
Major Functions:
- Put in place a powerful OD methodology and tool-kit
- Develop OD capacity in the Network
- Perform organizational assessments and establish OD action plans
- Take the lead in ensuring the action plans are followed up
- Actively promote coordination of OD efforts across the network.
Key requirements:
Required Qualifications
- A university degree in an appropriate discipline is desired
- At least 8 years working experience in capacity building and organizational development work
- Proven track record in organizational development results
- Experience in working in a multi cultural setting.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Result oriented; facilitation and process planning skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, strong time management
- Tact and diplomacy; cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent spoken and written English, any other language a plus
- A strong interest in conservation
