We're looking for a Manager, Organization Development to build strong Programme offices through organizational development initiatives.
Location:
Nairobi, Kenya.
What you'd do:
Major Functions:
- Perform organizational assessments and establishes OD action plans
- Support offices in the development of long-term institutional development plans
- Take the lead in ensuring the action plans are followed up
- Actively promote coordination of OD efforts across the network
Key requirements:
Required Qualifications
- A university degree with a strong focus in business management in an appropriate discipline is desired; MBA a plus
- At least 8 years working experience in capacity building and organizational development work
- Proven track record in organizational development results
- Experience in working in a multi cultural setting
Required Skills and Competencies
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Result oriented; facilitation and process planning skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Ability to work to deadlines, strong time management
- Tact and diplomacy; cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to travel frequently
- Fluent spoken and written English plus at least French
- A strong interest in and passion for conservation
