182 FSC certified arts made from One Tree are exhibited in Bolivia

As part of its Un Árbol (One Tree) initiative, WWF Bolivia is exhibiting the works of 65 local artists, architects and designers committed to sustainable forestry. 182 works, all made from parts of one Jequitiba hardwood tree (Cariniana estrellensis) - sustainably harvested and certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) - were on display in March at ExpoForest 2007, one of Bolivia’s largest trade fairs, and remain on exhibition until April 5th.
