Where do my donation and membership fee go?
By joining WWF Singapore as a member or donating us a regular sum will mean we can continue to assist our “Conservation in Action across Asia Pacific” involving working with communities, undertaking scientific research and advocating for specific AP species and area conservation programmes. We do everything we can to optimize the support we receive. On the other hand, donations made to “Conservation in Action for Singapore” will be channelled towards education and outreach activities about environmental conservation in Singapore.Which payment server is WWF Singapore using for my online donation via credit card?
WWF Singapore uses RBS (Royal Bank of Scotland) WorldPay secure payment server to handle your online donations and membership payments.Is it safe to use the online credit card payment facility?
Yes, it is safe to donate to WWF Singapore. RBS WorldPay uses the same 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology adopted by most banks and, additionally, WorldPay's own unique encryption systems. When you fill up the payment form and click the “Submit” button, a secure link is set up between your browser and WorldPay and an encryption code is requested and received. This then protects the submitted information and transaction details, prior to routing to WorldPay for payment processing.How do I know if my donation and/or membership fee has reached WWF?

At the WWF Singapore website online donation page, you can make a donation in SGD or US dollars.Is my donation or membership fee eligible for tax exemption?
To support the “Conservation in Action across Asia Pacific” and individual membership programme, your donation amount is non-tax deductible.To support the “Conservation in Action for Singapore”, your donation amount will be tax-deductible. In this instance, contributions made to WWF Singapore are not eligible for tax relief in countries other than Singapore.
