Stralsund, Germany - WWF, the conservation organization, today reiterated its call for stricter measures to reduce the risk of shipping incidents. The call comes as the Danish islands of Bongoe and Faroe are hit by oil slicks from the tanker Baltic Carrier, which was holed in a collision with a freighter near Falster late on Wednesday night.
